We all need a pick-me-up every now and then. Santa Teresa is mostly a pristine beach with very low density and fantastic vegetation. The beach cleanup experience helps our guests learn about the perils of microplastics in the ocean and how it affects marine life and eventually finds its way into our food chain. We ask for 10 minutes of your beach time to walk around the sand, pick up small pieces of plastic brought ashore daily by the currents, and place it in our recycling bin. After posting your experience in your social media, you will be rewarded with a refreshing smoothie or tropical fruit juice.  Warning: This experience will probably change your lifestyle and approach to single-use plastics.
