Terms of Service

Reservations and Bookings

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Hotel Nantipa. A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Rates are quoted in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 14 or more days before arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 7–13 days before arrival will be charged one night's accommodation. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. Special promotional rates may have different cancellation terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM for all accommodations except the Beachfront Villa, where check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us in advance if you require special arrangements.

Payment Terms

We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Full payment may be requested at the time of booking for certain rates and packages. All charges are in US dollars. Any disputes regarding charges must be raised within 30 days of checkout.

Limitation of Liability

Hotel Nantipa is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property during your stay. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property. The hotel's liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the reservation.

Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disturb other guests or staff. Hotel Nantipa reserves the right to ask guests who disrupt the peaceful environment of the property to vacate without refund. Smoking is not permitted inside any hotel facility. Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Website Use

This website is for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission from Hotel Nantipa.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Costa Rica.

Changes to These Terms

Hotel Nantipa reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
